Kristin Whitley is an associate at Epstein Cole with a focus on family law.
Kristin holds a BA in Political Science and an LLB from Queen's University. She was called to the bar in July, 2004. In addition, she has completed Level 1 training in Collaborative Family Law. Kristin was awarded the Borden Ladner Gervais LLP prize in Evidence and the P.E. Newbury prize in Family Law from Queen's University.
Kristin has authored academic papers on many family law issues including pensions, marriage contracts, and the tax implications of marital dissolution. She has also done extensive research on various child support issues and parenting plans for young children.
She is a member of the family law section of the Ontario Bar Association.
