Jodi Kaiman is an associate at Epstein Cole with a focus on family law.
Jodi holds a J.D. and a Master of Social Work from the University of Toronto and a B.A. in Psychology (with distinction) from the University of Western Ontario.
While at the University of Toronto, Jodi was awarded the Students' Law Society Fellowship to support her work at ARCH Disability Law Centre. She also completed internships in the children's mental health field and at Justice for Children and Youth.
Jodi has authored papers and conducted research on a variety of family law topics including custody and access issues and retroactive child support.
Jodi was a summer student at Epstein Cole in 2006 and articled here in 2007-2008, before being called to the Bar in 2008.
