Anne Marie Horne is a partner at Epstein Cole and practices exclusively family law.
In addition to being a founding member of the Toronto Collaborative Family Law Association, Anne Marie is also active in a number of other legal associations. Since 1996, she has served on the family law executive of the Ontario Bar Association (OBA), where she has been involved with several committees. She also works with the OBA's Continuing Legal Education committee, organizing and co-chairing a number of programs in the family law area. Most recently, she was instrumental in organizing a two-day program on child and spousal support.
Anne Marie has extensive training in mediation, negotiations, and collaborative family law. She was called to the Bar in Ontario in 1988. A year later, she was called to the Bar in Nova Scotia. Prior to her legal career, Anne Marie earned a Master in Social Work and spent more than 15 years in the field of family and marital therapy.
