Giovanna Cacciola is an associate at Epstein Cole with a focus on family law.
Before joining the firm, Giovanna extensively researched the effect of Parent Information Programs on the litigation process. Since joining the firm, Giovanna has assisted on a range of papers covering such issues as: retroactive child support; judicial independence and misconduct; parallel parenting; and same-sex marriage.
Giovanna holds an Honours BA in Environmental Studies and an LLB from Osgoode Hall Law School. She articled at Epstein Cole and was called to the Bar in 2004. She is a member of the family law section of the Ontario Bar Association.
