Reports on Family Law
Philip Epstein has been named Editor In Chief of the Reports in Family Law. Aaron Franks, Melanie Kraft, Roslyn Tsao, and Ilana Zylberman will form the editorial group of the Reports in Family Law and assist Mr. Epstein in the writing comments on and the editing of particular cases.

Epstein and Madsenžs This Week in Family Law
Philip Epstein and Lene Madsen have been named co-authors of Epstein and Madsenžs This Week in Family Law, published by Carswell, which is now available on FamilySource. This is a popular newsletter providing insightful commentary on cases that have some significance in and further develop family law in this country.

Epstein Cole LLP is pleased to announce that Stephen Codas has joined our firm and will be continuing his practice in family law. Stephen comes to our firm with extensive experience in family law and makes an excellent addition to the firm. We also welcome our newest associates, Hilary Braden and Robert Wright. Hilary Braden returns to the office after a successful articling year with Epstein Cole. Robert comes to the firm after clerking for the Ontario Court of Appeal and has chosen to continue his law career in Family Law.

Epstein Cole LLP welcomes its three newest associates, Brian Burke, Kristin Whitley and Giovanna Cacciola. Brian comes to Epstein Cole LLP with a breadth of family law experience. Brian comes to us from David Eklove Charles where he practised family law exclusively. We welcome Brian and look forward to working with him. Epstein Cole LLP is pleased to announce that it has hired back its latest articling students as first year associates, Kristin Whitley and Giovanna Cacciola. Both Kristin and Giovanna will continue to practice family law exclusively.

Epstein Cole LLP is pleased to announce that Nancy Iadeluca has been made a partner of the Firm. Nancy is a certified Family Law Specialist. Nancy is a court appointed mediator with the Toronto Dispute Resolution Program and was the Past President of the Toronto Lawyers Association. Prior to joining Epstein Cole in 2000, Nancy practiced family law in the litigation department at McMillan Binch.
